2021 Sunset on Summer Weekend
2021 Sunset on Summer Weekend
With the closing of Summer we welcomed back a great part of our Phamily
Divided Sky and all our PHUN loving campers packed in for a gorgeous Fall evening of campfires and music. Kevin Arias lit up the stage like it was MSG and Richie Taliani had crisp clean sound waves traveling far across the lake and beyond. The band had perfect sweatshirt weather all evening and rocked the forest until just a teeny tiny bit past a quiet hour 😉. They had to squeeze out every last drop of dancing the crowd had in them. Thank you Divided Sky for a jam filled start to a music heavy weekend!
A brisk beautiful Saturday morning was such a blessing after a long night of dancing
The sun rose, the birds chirped and the lawn was filled with Phish-heads doing Yoga with Laura the Traveling Yogi! Archery was slow but for the few first time archers that woke up early there was plenty of one on one time with the instructors to learn something new. Kelsi ran a mean fuse beading craft and helped with Afternoon Family Painting before snapping nearly all the daytime photos you see here! The band Jawn of The Dead hit some great tunes and was a GRATE compliment to all the Phish
The sun set early as it does in the Fall and the lights illuminated Bathtub Gin
After adding in the house lights Kevin had roughly 30 fixtures changing while the band rocked an incredible two sets of music. To honor 9/11 the band held a moment of silence at the end of Tweezer in set 2 while Kevin dimmed all the lights except two lone beams standing vertically behind the band to pay tribute to the fallen. It was an organic clean melding of Phamily and a beautiful tribute
…in a way that felt oh so perfectly Phishy after a wonderfully Phun weekend.
